To keep our patients and staff as safe as possible, we have reduced our face to face contact.  To this end we have increased our telephonic and video consultations and we will bring you in for a face to face consultation only if the doctor feels that it is clinically essential. Furthermore, we have changed our waiting room policies to ensure that there is no more than one person in the waiting room.

For this to be managed safely we are having scheduled face to face clinics and will not be operating any walk-in services. We would appreciate your understanding by not requesting walk in services. We trust that you understand that this is both for your and our staff’s safety; this will require you to wait in the car before being called into the surgery. Please assist us in maintaining this by calling the surgery on arrival to the carpark.

For us to reduce the number of people attending the surgery in person we have changed our methods of communication. We will be making use of email and contact via WhatsApp. Please could you ensure that we have your current phone number as well as your email address in order that we are able to contact you. If possible, please ensure that you have WhatsApp on your phone.

Your health and wellbeing during this time are our priority therefore we have increased our scheduled deep cleaning of the surgery after each clinic.
